The Challenge
Amidst a phase of rapid expansion, 3PL Central acquired Skubana, Scout, and CartRover, and encountered challenges in launching a unified software suite under four distinct names. The parent company's name no longer aligned with its goal of developing a comprehensive software suite for 3PL warehouses and online merchants, necessitating a rebrand. Since CartRover was developed by a small team of developers without external funding, it lacked a dedicated marketer to craft and implement a strategy for the brand's next stage. The Solution
Extensiv emerged from the necessity to consolidate and rebrand CartRover along with three other companies to deliver an unparalleled experience to their customers. CartRover had significant gaps in its marketing strategy and required someone to swiftly elevate the brand to match its new counterparts. I was brought on as CartRover's marketing manager to oversee its transformation into Extensiv Integration Manager—a product within Extensiv's suite. This involved developing personas, revitalizing its products and value propositions, and crafting an experience across 24 core pages within the buyer's journey, in addition to dynamically generating over 2,000 product description pages.
