The Challenge
Extensiv planned a series of road shows to connect with customers and prospects across key cities. However, they needed engaging content to build excitement, promote future events, and showcase the value of attending. Without compelling visual assets, they risked missing an opportunity to amplify the event’s impact and attract more attendees. Additionally, capturing real customer success stories was crucial to demonstrating Extensiv’s value in an authentic way.
The Solution
To maximize the impact of the LA road show, I led a two-day video production effort, capturing high-quality footage and photography of key sessions, customer interactions, and behind-the-scenes moments. The final deliverables included:
- A 30-second teaser and a 2-minute sizzle reel to promote future events.
- Three separate customer testimonial videos, showcasing real success stories.
- Short-form edits of the testimonials for social media and sales outreach.
Each video highlighted key benefits of Extensiv’s solutions through first-hand customer experiences, reinforcing credibility and trust. These assets were used to promote upcoming road shows in Texas, New York, and other key markets, driving interest and engagement across multiple channels.
